The Restaurant

Located on the ground floor, the Restaurant Room is furnished with a simple and essential style in the historic refectory of the building that already housed the meals of the clerics and seminarians at the end of the nineteenth century. Meals are prepared daily in our kitchen with quality products sourced from local suppliers. The Seminary offers the possibility of continental breakfast (sweet and savory) buffet, lunch, dinner, half board, and full board. The menus are fixed and change daily. However, it is possible to arrange different menus according to your needs. The kitchen is also equipped to prepare meals for vegetarians, lactose intolerant, and celiac guests. The meal preparation is entrusted to the Cooperative "Il Ramo," a direct emanation of the "Pope John XXIII Community," which has been operating in the Province of Cuneo for over thirty years.

The mission of the "Il Ramo" Cooperative is to promote the socialization and integration of disadvantaged individuals, disabled people, young people at high risk of marginalization, and the elderly.

To address all these fronts, over the years "Il Ramo" has diversified its activities and currently manages numerous day centers for disabled people, as well as different work activities such as transportation service for disabled and elderly, an industrial laundry, a collection and selection point for used clothes and their resale, a food packaging activity, and some accommodation facilities in the provincial territory including the Diocesan House of Altavilla located in our Diocese.

The service offered is simple yet curated and brings with it added value, namely, to participate in the aforementioned social project, allowing disadvantaged people to have a job and a chance for redemption, inclusion, and growth.
