Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 30th June 2003 No. 196, we inform you about why and how we make use of your personal data, along with their collection and processing, the nature of information in our database and their bestowal. Your and your family’s data will be used:

1. To comply with the Law, which requires registration and communication of lodged clients’ personal information to Public Security Local Authority; 2. To carry out contractual, accounting and financial obligations imposed by the legislation in force; 3. To fulfil administrative and organisational duties. Processing will be handled both manually and through computer systems operated by our subsidiaries.
Collection of personal information (first and last name, address, business name, location, social security number, VAT registration, identity card’s number and details, date and place of birth, nationality) is mandatory because it is needed to fulfill legal, contractual, accounting and financial requirements. Failing to provide such data, or supplying wrongful information, will result in: 1. The impossibility to host you; 2. The potential failure to meet the requirements imposed by the financial and administrative law.
Collection of all other data (telephone number, email address) is optional. Denying consent will result in the impossibility to promptly contact and inform you.
Your processed data may be later communicated to Law enforcement authorities, to the night porters in service, to consultants, to professional practices which we are in partnership with for the aims listed above, to law firms for the management of revenue and payments resulting from the implementation of contracts and of outstanding relationships among us. Your personal data will NOT be transferred to other third parties.
You have the power to enforce your rights as stated by Articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree 30th June 2003 No. 196, as well as access your personal data, request their revision, update or deletion, directly addressing the data controller and processor.
