19 rooms, in a simple and essential style, nestled in the heart of the historic center of the city, just a few steps from the Cathedral, are a great starting point for those who want to discover the beauties of Alba and the Langhe.
Located on the second floor, accessible by both elevator and stairs, our rooms are an excellent solution for those who want to explore the architectural, historical, and culinary beauties of Alba and the Langhe, as well as for those who need to stay for business. The property is nestled in the heart of the historic center of Alba.
Conference Rooms
Located on the ground floor, easily accessible, bright, and with various solutions that adapt to your needs. Meeting rooms, conference rooms, banquet halls.
Restaurant
Located on the ground floor, the restaurant room is characterized by a simple and essential design, situated in the charming refectory of the historic building, once the venue for meals for clerics and seminarians since the late 19th century. The dishes are cooked daily in our kitchen, using high-quality ingredients supplied by local producers. At the Seminary, you can enjoy a continental buffet breakfast (with sweet and savory options), lunch, dinner, half-board, and full-board. The menus are fixed and vary daily, however, they can be personalized based on individual preferences. Furthermore, we offer options for vegetarians, lactose intolerant, and celiac guests. Meal preparation is managed by the cooperative "Il Ramo," a direct affiliate of the Papa Giovanni XXIII Community, active for over three decades in the Province of Cuneo.
