Located on the ground floor, the restaurant room is characterized by a simple and essential design, situated in the charming refectory of the historic building, once the venue for meals for clerics and seminarians since the late 19th century. The dishes are cooked daily in our kitchen, using high-quality ingredients supplied by local producers. At the Seminary, you can enjoy a continental buffet breakfast (with sweet and savory options), lunch, dinner, half-board, and full-board. The menus are fixed and vary daily, however, they can be personalized based on individual preferences. Furthermore, we offer options for vegetarians, lactose intolerant, and celiac guests. Meal preparation is managed by the cooperative "Il Ramo," a direct affiliate of the Papa Giovanni XXIII Community, active for over three decades in the Province of Cuneo.

Posizione ottima, parcheggio interno gratuito, accoglienza al top, disponibilità e gentilezza da parte di tutti gli operatori. Le camere sono semplici ma funzionali e pulitissime.   First of all; the staff of this place is extremely friendly and helpfull, you really feel welcome and appreciated.

Perfect location, walking distance from down town Alba.

The rooms are very basic and gives more of a dormitory feeling than hotel feeling, but very clean and contains all you need for a few days; a comfortable bed, and bathroom with a shower.
The walls are however paper thin.

Breakfast for 9€ per person, perhaps a bit overpriced concerning its simplisity.

All in all; A very nice experience, and affordable price.
